Perfect for my new Samsung.
Excellent call quality, I can hear the other caller, they can hear me -- perfectly. Durable -- heck, unbreakable -- I have already dropped them half-a-dozen times, and stepped on them twice. Still working great. Very comfy.

Good over the ear headset at a good value
We feel the predecessor model for these headphones were more comfortable, especially since they used a faux leather ear cover as opposed to foam. Overall the audio quality is superb, and the noise cancelling feature works way better than wired ear buds, however we did notice that the mics do pick up some noise, mainly talking noise when within a few feet or another user, which creates a lot of echo when a team using the same headsets are on a conference call and in close proximity.

Don't buy this item! Sound cuts out, long latency: unusable headset for conference calls
This headset is terrible -- there is a latency that makes it so I can't hear the first few words of audio when on a conference call. When I use the exact same setup (same computer, software, connection type, etc) but with a different headset, there is zero latency and I can hear the other speaker just fine. But with the Sennheiser SC 160, there is a ~1.5 second latency that makes this headset unusable. This item can't accomplish the most basic function of a headset: let a user hear the other person seamlessly. Attempting to return item now.

Mixed bag. Switching out after 2 years.
I've been using this headset for video meetings averaging 4 hours per day for the past 2 years. But now I need to switch. What worked well:- Audio quality is great. Could hear people much better in these Sennheisers vs. my MacBook Pro speakers.- Comfortable- Microphone quality was good from what I could tellDisappointments:- The cord has split in two places, exposing the wiring underneath- Every few hours on average the mic just stops working while I'm talking. I need to unplug and then re-plug into my laptop to fix it.- The mic sits too close to my mouth, and I often feel like it's picking up to much "pfff" airflow as I speak

Worked great for a while, then went haywire.
I don't use this headset a lot. It's a back-up. When I did use it for Zoom calls and Streamyard video, it was fine for the first few months. Then it kept disconnecting. (It's wired, by the way, not Bluetooth, so this shouldn't happen). It would cut out over and over again. Then, when I managed to reconnect it, it would make a terrible noise. Not static, but a kind of clicking. Useless garbage.

These are good.
They work as expected. Wishing the build quality was a bit better, maybe more padding on the ear cups. Overall a good buy.

Clear Sound
Using on a MacBook Pro for Skype UC calls when working from how. Sound quality is great on both ends of the meeting.

Not perfect, but not bad.
The sound quality was the most important for me. That is why I chose Sennheiser, and I wasn't disappointed. These are on-ear rather than over-ear, so there is the fatigue factor. The bass was a little boomy but was easily controlled with a basic EQ. Plenty loud with little discernible distortion. The boom mic sounds fine, and does reduce background noise well. All in all a very good quality for the price.
