Ok, the chair is a lot better than the ones you can buy in the big office/box stores. I had 2 problems with the gas lift on the Ottoman which they have fixed one to my satisfaction. The other was a messed up stitching which they say they will fix when the get the part back in stock. The chair is pretty hard when you get it but will soften up some but I imagine this chair will last me a lot longer than the other chairs. It is a very quite chair my old office chair squeaked a lot and was annoying. I did replace the feet with wheels since they sent me wheels to fix the ottoman issue.The ottoman issue was the gas lift sent goes thru the hole to low and actually scraped the finish off my wood floor. I just refinished it and you can't tell anymore.If you want an office chair, get one of the gaming chairs that they sell. Quality you will not be sorry, Hope they fix the ottoman stitching.Customer support was very responsive, but I did get bounced around a little bit.

This is very well built comfortable gaming chair The support staff was Excellent very helpful and courteous when I called and had Assembly questions. I was so impressed that I will purchase the king series Pc Chair for my gaming Pc. This game chair is the best built in the industry and the most comfortable. a must have for any gamer.

It is a good chairset but $499 is way too much, if I see this in store with $499 tag on it. I may not have bought it. no height control, not easy to move, but firm chair.
