Easy to swallow no side effects
Just like the product I was taking before this, it is easy to swallow. I have no side effects from taking this, not that I would know what they are ,but I have no different things happening while taking this. Sleep is not as restful as often since taking this, but it may change as I have only been using for 2 weeks. I have high hopes that sleep quality will get better as there have been some good night's of quality sleep and this is not as expensive as the one I was previously taking.

Shocked!!!
I've only taken this product maybe a week and a half and can already sense a change within my body. My sleep schedule was trash. Between 1-4 am consistently waking up, moody, easily agitated or angered, and stressed beyond the max. After taking this Adrenal Support I stay asleep, my mood is lighter, I have more patience, and things that used to stress me out no longer affect me. I will continue the whole bottle and order another. I'm shocked at the changes I already feel and am excited to see and feel even more.

probably need something stronger
I'm experimenting with these kinds of supplements. This does seem to take the edge off my anxiety (I am pretty much in smcinstant fight or flight mode, so my anxiety is HIGH) but I do think I will need something stronger.

GI issues!
I took these for a week. They were good at calming my brain and relaxing me enough to fall asleep fast. But I could not deal with the gas and bloating anymore. I was hoping my body would adjust but it didn’t. I was extremely uncomfortable. This may be great for some, just not me! Worth a shot depending on your needs!

My doubtful boyfriend notices a difference
I bought these for my pessimistic depressive partner who does suffer with ED as well and this has made such an improvement with ED, depressive symptoms such as fatigue, low energy and bluesy moods. He is more motivated, in a better mood, and more active. He pairs this with st. Jon’s wort. I love the ingredients. Also added benefit is increase hair growth just wanted to add that
