Pay attention to the assembly reviews! My brother is a genius/contractor and said the assembly was horrible. You have N0 directions!! They include a piece of paper that is of no value or help. My suggestion would be for the company to do better about including real assembly instructions or for buyers to know someone like my brother who is smart and patient!! Once the chandelier is up, however, it is beautiful! I repainted a bedroom in light grey and I think it looks great. The lights create an interesting design on the ceiling as well. It took a couple of weeks to get here, but overall, I’m very pleased with the final outcome.

I could not be more pleased! The box was light to carry, well packaged and the contents were wrapped securely but easily unwrapped so that I could quickly install the drop crystals on my own. What a wonderful value with MAJOR impact.

Just like another viewer said, my chandelier came useless- the welding from the support ring that holds the drum piece on is completely broken..... I am outside of the return window ( thought keeping it in the box was the safest- what a joke), so now I am stuck with having to fix this on my own- not happy since we paid almost $200!Also, when I opened the box, everything seemed fine until I looked further. As I started to unwrap the pieces, I noticed a lot of random crystals and the small metal pieces that hang the crystals scattered throughout- when I tried to figure out where they came from, I didn't see any missing crystals., but I'm really concerned since I also found small pieces of popcorn in the packaging- my guess is this was someone else's broken reject that they just sent on to me.... Truly disappointing, and shame on Amazon for allowing such poor quality manufacturing to ruin their name!Make sure if you do end up going through with this purchase- CHECK IT IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING IT!!!!! That way you will know if you have an issue, and hopefully you can return it!

The purchase was a great decision. I love the size and quality of the light. The light does take some time to put together. If you're not real handy, you may get frustrated while putting the light togther. The light is beautiful!

This was the first chandalier I've ever purchased. After a lot of comparisons with other I finally decided on this one, and I'm very pleased with it. It gives a great upscale look to our bedroom now, and the way the light plays off the crystals in the room looks awesome. The only negative thing that kept me from 5 stars were the instructions. They're pretty much a joke as its basically the size of a business card, and very hard to see the exploded view of the chandalier. Parts of it do come pre-assembled, which you do have to unassemble first. I didn't realize this, and didn't notice in the "instructions", so after putting together a good portion of it I had to back everything out again to properly assemble. The top anchor to the ceiling is a hook that the chandalier loops onto, so its really easy to hang once assembled.Overall, beautiful chandalier for the price. I just wish the instructions were better, or at least bigger to actually see them.

MAKE SURE YOU BUY - SOLD-BY-AMAZON and not LightInTheBox.why? Because the item from LightInTheBox is not the item listed. It looks similar, but it is not of as high-quality. It has less elegant metalwork, and it is missing some key crystal bits. e.g. under the light-stalks there is supposed to be a glass/crystal plate with 4 crystals dangling. but on the one from lightinthebox it is a cheaper stamped metal plate with the crystals hanging from it.Also if you have a ball at the bottom of the midle stalk then you did not get the REAL item. The real item has an elegant flat chrome bottom and a crystal dangling from it. The one from LightInTheBox has an extended middle stalk that has a clear ball/bead on it. not ugly, just not as pretty.The quality of the metalwork appears better, and the crystals are just slightly higher quality.BUYER BEWARE! Amazon does not always check what they are sending. And apparently, to them, close enough is ok. Well it isn't for me so I sent back the knock-off / wrong one, and re-ordered making sure to buy from amazon warehouse, not lightinthebox. yes I paid about 8% more, but it was worth every penny. I was thrilled to have the box arrive and actually say warehouse of tiffanys and not something else.At least Amazon will protect you if you buy the wrong one.and for anyone that would try and pull any kind of fraud around this discrepancy (buyer, or sellers) KNOCK IT OFF!!! it hurts everyone and ruins an otherwise cool thing. You sociopathic numbskulls that try and cheat the system (either way) can literally go to H@#$

Very beautiful!! Easy setup but the wired the holds the pieces get rusty with time.

Love it! I live in an apartment so my living room it's very grand but was missing a certain je ne sais quoi! Well this was it. Love it and the maintainance employees installed it within 30 mins. Don't forget to by candle bulbs. Enjoy! Great for the price and has a chic look to it. We are still furnishing so please excuse the living room.
