can this be applied with a buffer/polisher?

never had a reason to use a buffer with this product - a soft cloth does a great job removing the residue leaving a beautiful deep shine - great product !

Has anyone used this on a clear bra (clear plastic film over face of car) ?

I used it on a Audi that had the nose clear on it. No problem

Has anyone used this on a car that has just been repainted ??

Yes! It’s an Excellent paint sealer! This is a Teflon base polish not silicone like most polish’s
