Shame on amazon for allowing the sale of these. disgusting people filling empty ccell cartridges with either bad low potency homemade concentrate(unlikely), chinese fake cannabinoids(lab made, untested and super dangerous) or just regular low grade cheap vape juice and then putting it in this to trick people.
