I've tried a few Creatine supplements (just Creatine or blends with other ingredients) and in my opinion this is one of the best I've tried. Here is why:1. For what it's worth it gets a decent score on the labdoor website. (purity, quality etc)2. Mild pleasant taste, that you won't be sick of after 2 weeks. I'm not a fan of super sweet fruit juice like creatine products.3. Transluscent solution that allows you to see how well the creatine dissolved. Don't get me wrong creatine mono hydrate sucks at dissolving. This contains a blend of different Creatine forms. Some of it ends up on the walls of your drinking vessel... just rinse and drink.4. Shape and size of the tub and scoop are easy to use. I don't like trying to fish a scoop out of a tub my hand doesn't fit in.5. Fraction of the price of other products. It just doesn't contain all the fancy stuff that nobody knows work.In summary, this is a minimal BS product (on many levels), that seems to be of high quality.It's hard to gauge the effects of creatine - they are relatively long term.Best tests are done by independent testers (like Labdoor) and seasoned gym goers.I recommend this product.

This creatine is effective. It contains more than one creatine too. Blends well with juice and pretty much flavorless. Noticed increase in strength gains as well. Would recommend.

I got some of this a few years back and loved it. I used this as my only creatine product since and got a buddy to try and he was also a fan. Almost felt an improvement the first day using it. Highly recommended.

Great taste and it does give me a pump. Being a female is hard to gain muscle, but with this product I was able to gain energy and have that little pump after a good workout.

Ok. I'm just going to be honest here and say its a little more than just nasty. It's pretty disgusting actually. To the point I don't really want to use it. I bought the pink lemonade flavor btw. I'm sure it works, its just I don't think I can use it long enough to see for myself. I realize it's creatine and it's not going to taste good. I just don't want it to taste bad. If I have to psych myself up just to drink it that's a problem. It tastes like something you shouldn't put in your body, like something that leaked out of your car. Keep in mind I'm not usually one to care about something tasting "good". Just as long as my body doesn't want to reject it immediately it's usually fine, but this stuff is one of those things I don't think I can get used to. It's also SUPER grainy because it doesn't dissolve well in water. Which isn't really a problem for me but it may be for others.

Listen, I am not interested in miracle cures or 5 min type of workouts promising the world. That stuff simply does not work and has no long term value. What I am interested in is working out hard and going strong for an Hour or maybe 2 in the gym and feeling like I didn't waste my time. Creature is the best creatine supplement I have tried. Yes it tastes just like Gatorade but don't let that fool you. This stuff has made my Crossfit workouts feel like I can go stronger and longer. Beast has always made a great product and I trust the brand so if you are looking to get a little more pep in your step and increase your limit get you some now and you won't regret it. I take it before I workout and right afterwards, along with a Whey Protein (I prefer Syntha 6 Chocolate). Make sure you are eating right and don't skip breakfast no matter what it takes! The energy you will feel all day will be well worth it.
