Update: customer service was very help dip. Problem solved!Seems all to be high quality materials, but I can’t get it assembled. The plastic screws from the brackets have to fit into the depressions on the supporting brace (which is called the “Add on Piece”). But the head of the screw won’t fit into the depression, it is too big. Instructions say it should “click”, but it is not even close.

Dans 2 paquets, sur les 3 achetés, il manquait un paquet de 3 petites vis. J'ai dû bidouiller et ne mettre qu'une seule vis sur quelques unes de mes jardinières en bas sur la barre stabilisatrice (voir photos) . Dommage car le reste du produit était en excellent état.

Bueno, bonito y caro. Algunos me llamarán tieso y con razón. Pero en mi mundo esa pieza debería venir incluida en los soportes para colgarla en el balcón. Un atraco, de guante blanco eso sí. A no ser q en mi ignorancia no me haya enterado q están fabricado de un material a extinguir. Perdón por si acaso.
