My 5 year old is a maze fanatic, and this book is just right for his skill level. Some are a breeze for him, others are a challenge; none are overwhelming or frustrating. To prevent him from burning through the book in a day, I’ve limited him to 5 mazes each day. He loves them, and looks forward to “maze time” when he gets home from school.This might be too complicated for 4 year olds or 5 year olds who aren’t maze aficionados; and it may be too simple for most 7-8 year olds - But for my Son, this books is perfect. It will be hard to find a replacement once this book is complete.

I apologize to the seller for a bad review.We got this book yesterday and tried with my 4 year old today. Mazes don’t have arrows that show where to go inside the maze and where to come out, which makes it hard to figure out. Mazes are black and white and no color, which does not engage kids. Also, mostly important, Most mazes are hard! Me being an adult, I was not able to complete some. Mazes for 4-8 year olds should not be this hard, because kids lose interest very fast. We will have to put this book very far in our closet in case there will be nothing to do one day.

My son likes mazes and this provides a great selection of varying difficulty. We keep it out for times away from the screen and just relaxing fun. He is able to complete most at 5 years old and needs some help with the more complex. I would say that 7/8, beyond first grade, would likely find these too easy.

I love that these pages are double sided so there are TONS of mazes. I agree with other reviews they are a bit difficult not having the arrows directing the entry and exit. I also wish there was some color

Our grandsons love mazes and these books fit the bill perfectly. They were given as gifts and they love them. These books are great!

Needed simple mazes for airplane ride. Worked great. Lots of different pic designs for kids to pick from. They were able to solve them all easily. Boosting confidence of 5, 7, & 8 year olds. Kept attention for only a few minutes each. Nothing magical...

4 year old loves it. Some are challenging for him and some he breezes though. But not like the other maze books for his age group which are way to easy. Wish there was a little color throughout the book but the different shapes of the mazes keeps it interesting.

Gave to 6-year-old granddaughter and she loves the book! Hope there are different versions.
