While it is implied it is made from 304 Stainless Steel, does anyone know what is it actually made of?

304 SS is the most common SS for industry, which contains nickel. Nickel is considered to be a priority toxin which can leach into foods prepared with this type of SS. The HomiChef SS is nickel free. As such, it is not as corrosion resistant, but still fairly so. Another benefit is it conducts heat about 15% more efficiently.
