Part was seran wrapped in unlabeled bag, showed signs of use (even though there were random protective plastics to make part appear new) and when installed it did not work.

This unit was purchased to replace a gimbal damaged in a crash. The replacement unit came in an unmarked package, but appeared OEM in every way. It restored full function of the drone and has performed flawlessly since installation. Super easy to install! Aside from the steep price, I'm happy with it.

Wrong item. I was sent a Mavic Pro gimbal, not a Mavic 2 Pro gimbal. I ordered 3, and 2 of them were wrong. The one that was right worked fine.
