Not sure who the seller was I got this from as Amazon kind of lumps them all together. I think I got the last one of this particular seller as the price has gone up in a day since I bought it. Glad I got this one. The sound is perfect, the mallet is great and I'm impressed. I ordered one a few days ago that had been painted on the inside (stripey frosted weirdness). I was told (after I ordered it) this really effects the energy of the bowl. Not to mention it stinks (smells toxic). So I packed it up, sent it back and found and ordered this one. I'm so glad I did. This little one does have a different energy: happier. I wanted to make sure I got it directly from Amazon in case of issues since so many of these are sent from the East. I will continue to look for more white quartz bowls on Amazon as I like, if there is a issue, you can exchange easily if it is shipped and sold from Amazon.

Good sound
Nice bowl! Good packaging, came with o ring and suede mallet. Pretty strong sound coming from a little bowl.

Would be very nice, but missing the O Ring
If not for the missing crucial element, the o-ring, this would be a very nice singing bowl. However, without it, I can’t really use the item for its intended purpose, as it has a rounded bottom and you cannot run the mallet along the edge without the bowl teetering off kilter and producing no tone. Additionally, the o-ring is crucial in producing a better and more resonant tone, so without it, it goes without saying...the item is incomplete. I can purchase one separately, but it’s a bit annoying to have to do so as it was supposed to be included with this purchase, according to the item description.The bowl had a strong spray paint-like odor upon unboxing, but that began to dissipate as I left it out in open air...Very unpleasant at first. Hopefully it will completely go away!

Ease of Use
Looking to replace damaged Root Chakra singing bowl. The resonance of using the mallet to gong the bowl was great. My disappointment was in the "gritty" texture of the bowl itself. I found it difficult to create a sound when using the mallet in traveling the circumference. The gritty surface created friction.

Missing the rubber O Ring
I was super excited to receive my bowl. Imagine my disappointment when i realized the O ring was missing. Essentially nothing i can do but look at this bowl for now. 😭
