Yes, it does. While the cleaner works great, I had 4 water tanks break within a few years (the rubber parts on the bottom of the water tank kept expanding and leaking water or cracking in that area, rendering it useless unless you replace the tank which costs a pretty penny). In the end, after having it about 5 years and using it maybe 15 times, the motor burned and it quit working).
