Goodbye Costa vanilla....
Well, this was a real surprise. I've tried flavoured ground coffee before, and was disappointed with it. But I am anything but disappointed with this.Wonderful aroma, and taste. Ok - slightly weaker than I would like, but I admit that I was using a huge mug (think it holds about a pint of liquid!). I'll update the review once I have put this in a "normal" sized mug, as this will be a fair review.*** Updated information... Yep. Better taste in a smaller (ok - regular sized) mug. I have noted the sediment in both mugs, but I get this with the cafetiere, so that doesn't bother me.Would I order it again? Yep. And am going to try the caramel bags as well....

Avoid - most of the bags split when you add them to warm water
The caramel version is nice, it has a strong caramel smell, and didn't have an overpowering/synthetic taste.The coffee itself was rather weak though, even when using two bags, and tasted very watered down. It also had an expiry date of August 2021, which is only 6 months away, so I'm not sure if it was old/older stock? Apart from the ziplock system, there wasn't anything "sealing" the freshness in, such as a heat-sealed top (like with coffee bean/powder brands)I felt like it could've offered so much more, but ultimately, I was left disappointed.*** Item was sold and delivered by Amazon. Experience from other sellers may vary.09/02/2021 EDIT: 14 out of the 25 bags split as soon as I added them to warm (not hot/boiling) water. If you already use a percolator and fresh beans - stick with that.

Delicious! (and easy)
I travel a lot for work and hate the standard small packets of coffee in hotel rooms, so I always pack my own to get a proper coffee fix. I have tried coffee bags from other companies and whilst they are ‘ok’ I was looking for something with the true taste of freshly ground coffee. These caramel flavour bags really pack a punch: the caramel isn’t overpowering and the coffee itself still comes through. In fact, they are so nice, I also use these at home when I can’t be bothered to crank up the coffee machine and do a full brew. And they are amazing value for money due to the number of bags in each packet. These are a must have for all coffee lovers out there and I can’t wait to try the rest of the range.

Love these but bags are hit and miss
I love this coffee and the flavour is great. However, it's hit and miss whether a bag will explode in the mug when you add water. I would say 1 in every 4 explodes and the drink is wasted. Such a shame as I would buy more if they didnt do this. Also happens with their other flavours.

Not very good.
It really is like drinking a watery caramel flavour drink, no real coffee flavour to it. Also leaves a load of sediment in the cup. A bit annoyed that the minimum order was for 3 bags, as they will just be wasted.

it was good when adding a little instant coffee to it
The coffee bags were a little disappointing, as it was not strong enough, and there is too much sediment, I left the bag in for up to 15 mins, it was good when adding a little instant coffee to it.

Great taste without the fuss.
Great product, love the taste and so much easier than the coffee maker !

Coffee Bags keep splitting
Disappointed with this batch as never had this problem before but since opening we’ve had over 8 bags split while making our coffee.
