Better than KT TAPE
Better than KT tape, RockTape o has a really nice and impressive hold and last about 3 to 4 days serially if you shower. Great in helping with pain and stability.

Works but miss the h2o rock tape
This extra sticky rock tape works ok better than other brands. But they took the h2o rock take and got rid of it for extra sticky and it’s doesn’t stay on the same. Rock tape meets to bro g back the h2o version!!!

Actually sticks
This tape works great! I work with water and am constantly washing my hands, so far this is the only brand of k tape thay actually stays adhered o my wrist for multiple days! Also, I have very sensitive skin, and the adhesive does not bother me at all. It can be a little tough to get off (like a bandaid) but I just run warm water on it as I take it off and it helps.

Expired tape
Expired. I thought getting this from the Rock Tape store would be reliable, but nope, they sent old expired tape. The sticky part gets old and barely sticks and you can’t check the date online. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning it, and how can I find non-expired tape on this site???
