Beautiful Product and Easy to Install
The product was packaged very well and looked flawless! Everything you need is in your box, including Teflon tape. It was easy to install but the parts can be scratched easily. Another small issue I noticed was the hook used for the attachment - it attachment doesn't fit well with the hook if you place the hook inside your toilet compared to mounting it against the wall. Hopefully mounting it will make the attachment latch on more smoothly. One component I like about this product is the two settings you have on the spray. Very useful when it comes to cleaning your sink or toilet bowl.

It's the best, but started leaking after a month
I really like this product. This is the best bidet so far. But after more than a month of use, it started leaking. The materials look high quality tho. Im not sure what to do. I don't ofc want to but this every month. But any idea ??

Was great at first…
I was so happy with this bidet. Simple and easy to use. I bought two for each bathroom. Literally less than a year later and one won’t spray no more. The spray button thing isn’t functioning. And the other is starting to get hard pressing it. Disappointed because I was really happy with it.

Nice Bathroom Addition
Although I would have liked a bronze bidet, the black doesn’t make a big difference. So far the bidet is a good addition to my bathroom. I like the overall function of the bidet. Especially, I like that the water force can be adjusted.

Super high end looking
Got this to match all of our black plumbing fixtures in our bathroom. Looks super modern and high end, took less than 10 min to install- no leaks so far. The adjustable water pressure feature is great. Love it!

Not good product
Bad head clicker quality.

Water leaks.
I got it installed today and the water from the shower leaks. Calle the plumber he looked at it said not fixable.Water comes out at one speed with no control. I Will not recommend anyone to buy it.

COVID 19 MUST!!
Easy to install. I always have hand bidets! It is a cleaner way to clean up after going to the bathrrom. 😉I love the quality. My prior one was plastic and got hard and stiff. This one looks like it will last a while.#dontneedtp
