I always wear these while free diving and have gone down 50ft. These help me equalize my ears better underwater.

I've found that when mine fell out, I needed to switch to the bigger rubber pieces. No problems since.

I have used them for open water swims, they are stay in place in ocean swim in choppy waters Not used in Kayaking
