I am not sure if I just got a defective one, since others seem to love this scoop. However on my first use, it bent back very easily, I did not use that much pressure. I finished getting icecream with a normal soup spoon so I think this item was just defective. Amazon gave me a refund so I am still happy

Great product. Very sturdy. Works perfect on the overly frozen icecream. Scoops right into it. The price was great and fast shipping. I would definitely purchase another one. I had no issues with the transaction which was great. The product was exactly as described.

Bent completely back upon first scoop on soft ice cream. Threw it in the garbage. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. I would give it zero stars if I could. This is just a piece of thin, stamped metal on a comfy handle. The handle portion bent back a soon as I tried to scoop slightly softened ice cream.

I have bought so many over the years and this one is the best with carpal tunnel syndrome it was easy as pie!!! I was even able to make little balls on top which made my servings so cute..I served inside half a cantaloupe with french vanilla and made cantaloupe balls too and it was very classy!!! Made my guests day!!! Highly recommended ice cream scoop!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband is the ice cream "go to" guy in our house and this is the only scoop he will use. The scoop design really does make a difference - easy to use and no "wrist fatigue" when you're serving lots of ice cream. We had to buy a second one for the camper!

I love this scoop! Nice grip, easy on the hand, and always gives you a perfect scoop, It slices into extra hard ice cream like a warm knife through butter! Very satisfying!
