I love these things they work amazingly when working out in the sun you just pour some water into them and drink it, the simplicity is there not too much to mess up it has a fill line and your good to go

The packets don't open at the tear line. Have to use scissors. Made inconvenient for on the go. Otherwise love squencher. Best electrolyte supplement I have found

These are the BEST hydration packs! I cannot stand the taste of hydration packs or bottled/canned coconut water.....until these!!! I love these and use them daily to keep hydrated!

So, Amazon was out of the grape flavor for a reasonable price. These little packets are perfect for traveling. Keep some in your purse, backpack, glove compartment or whatever as long as you have access to clean water to fill up the little packet. This was more expensive than usual but I like having this on hand for heavy working days in the gardens or even when I'm getting a migraine. They help. The flavor on this tastes like bug juice if you ever went to a YMCA camp as a kid. This is that flavor. I don't like fruit punch in most things and this is definitely worse because I personally hate bug juice flavor but again couldn't get the normal grape flavor. If you like the flavor then these otherwise are spot on and do what you want them to do which is help you get hydrated quick especially when you've neglected your body telling you to drink water for hours up to needing one of these.

Leg cramps?? Heat exhaustion?? Physical work outside in the summer?? You need this product. Better than just plain salt tabs. Comes in powder packets and freezer pops also.

Every summer, my postal station would have loads of pouches of these Squinchers to hot only hydrate, but to refuel our muscles. Best used on hot days (but not on cool days). I purchase some for myself in case they run out. I'm telling my supervisor purchase this flavor for next summer.

I wanted to order some electrolytes to add to my water bottles at work. When these arrived they were liquid pouches that you are supposed to add water to and drink out of the pouch. Seems messy and strange. So I drink a bit of my water bottle and carefully pour this pouch in. Taste is ok, but the pouch setup is messy and annoying.
