I used a 10x13 frame to frame it. The width is perfect but the length is slightly longer than 13" (maybe by half an inch). I eliminated 7 lines for it to fit the frame perfectly. Thankfully that didn't affect the outcome of the project. It still looks just as majestic as I hoped. For anyone who isn't interested in finding a custom frame for this, I hope this info would help.
