excellent for making dipping sauces for sushi. Especially if you're looking for gluten free alternatives. pair this with rice vinegar and yuzu. it won't disappoint.

Great taste - just like having sudachi at home
If you are craving the juice of sudachi, then get this. It is perfect taste. Makes great tasting drinks and works wonderful in Japanese style foods. I bought kabosu, sudachi and yuzu and I love all three products.

Didn't taste fresh
It has a funny flavor when I opened it for the first time. It wasn't expired but it tasted little off. I had to throw it away after first use. I just got fresh Sudachi from Japanese market recently and it doesn't have that off flavor. It should be just more fragrant and stronger lemon taste.

Fun and Interesting
Interesting flavor (tried all 3 of them). Had fun experimenting with it, including in cocktails as a "bitters." I will definitely use this again.
