Love these
We have (and have had) a number of different Bluetooth devices to hear the audio from the TV. Over ear, on ear, the little earbuds, and another "neckband" device like this one. For the glasses wearer the over/on ear devices press on the bow and hurt after a while. The earbuds seems designed for exclusive use with a phone or other device with a volume control. The ones we have fit and work great but, unfortunately something on Netflix will blow your ears out while something on network programming or Hallmark, say, is only a little loud. (TV output has no volume control - you get what you get.) Discovered that these neckband devices have volume control so seemed like an ideal solution.Unfortunately, the first neckband device ordered was a bust. Would pair & work fine. But, after turning off would not automatically reconnect and, when reconnected, no sound. Returned. (thank you, Amazon)Decided not to give up and ordered these. Came almost fully charged. Decent instructions (still mice type but seems the norm these days). Paired easily. Good sound & volume control evens every thing out (no more blown out ears on Netflix). Battery life good as used them 9 or 10 hours over the course of three evenings and they were still going. Stated life says did not need to recharge but charged on general principles. And, an unexpected bonus, the little silicone eartips have more range of size than the little earbuds and the neckband one which was returned. Much better fit. So glad did not give up as the TV viewing experience is much better now. Everyone gets to control their own volume to their taste (and hearing ability) rather than the one-volume-fits-all speakers. Finally, there are devices which cost 10 or more times what these headphones cost which include a Bluetooth broadcast device but, if your audio device broadcasts Bluetooth, would recommend these, most especially given their price point.(For those who want to use for phone calls, starting/stopping music, (e.g., anything other than strictly receiving a Bluetooth signal and controlling the volume) cannot speak to those features as have not nor expect to use them.)Update: Have had these for about 6 weeks and everything said in the original review, above, is still true. Still recommend and think they are great.Update #2: Liked the first set (reviewed above) so much just bought a second set (28NOV23). Same as the first set (used the "buy again feature") with one semi-major exception. I did not mention in the review of the first set that it has a USB-C like charging port. About the size of a USB-C but not quite the same. Not fully rounded on either end of the long port like a USB-C which means you have to plug in "right side up" in order to insert the charging cable tip. (This was on many devices before the standard for USB-C was fully sorted out.) However, we now come to the new ones. These have some sort of proprietary looking charging cable end (translation - the cable will fit no other device) which is sorta the size of USB-C but just enough off that the cable for the first set will not work any more than a USB-C cable. Put a dot of paint on this new one so I don't try to force the old charging cable into this one or try to plug in the new cable into the old device. Since USB-C is now a standard (Apple is even replacing the lightning cable on its new devices) cannot fathom why anyone would use a connector that is the size of USB-C but not USB-C.

Amazing Durability & Value for the Price
I’ve been using these earbuds for three years now while working a labor-intensive job outdoors in all sorts of conditions—heat, cold, rain, you name it. For a $25 pair of earbuds, they’ve held up incredibly well, way beyond my expectations. The sound quality is solid, and they’ve been reliable through some pretty harsh wear and tear. Battery life and connectivity have also been consistently good. After the 3 year mark they finally started to give out, left side earbud starts to cut in and out, but you can't beat how long they've lasted, 5 days a week, 8-12 hours a day in any weather conditions.I'm genuinely impressed by their durability, especially given the price point. When they finally started showing signs of wear, I didn’t think twice about ordering another pair. If you’re looking for reliable, budget-friendly earbuds that can withstand tough conditions, these are it. Highly recommended!

Nice but not going to last long
The sound quality is great and the hook up was super easy. The biggest problem I see is the wiring isn’t long enough from the ears pieces to each side box. I can already see where the short in the cable is going to be located. To much stress on those parts.

Comfortable/convenient! Works great with my Android phone, sounds too bassy on Windows
I'm not an audiophile, and my hearing isn't great at my age (over 60), but I'm an amateur recording engineer and know a bit about sound, and I can still hear up to 8K (medium treble.)When I first plugged this into my Windows 10 computer, the sound was very bassy/boomy and missing high frequencies (attenuated for frequencies over about 2-4K.) The highs were definitely were weak. I set up a filter to adjust and they sounded fine (so the driver can handle the highs.) The filter was a hassle to use so I was very disappointed. Then I plugged it into my phone and it sounded great! I was surprised. Back into Windows, same. I have no idea why it would be different on Windows. No other audio devices I have are that way, and I've had several bluetooth headphone sets.I still use it on both Windows and phone. On Windows it's fine for Zoom calls, but not music. My reasons for buying it were Zoom calls, and music on phone (mostly while doing yard work.) So it fits my needs. These are not audiophile devices, but should be fine for the average listener -- just not on Windows. They're reasonably comfortable. The driver part that sits in your ear just above the canals is a bit large, lightly touching my ears, and after a couple hours this starts to annoy me. So they might not be idea for folks with very small ear openings. But since I rarely use them for over 2 hours at a time, they're fine for me.They fit very nicely under a shirt collar, at least for me with a 16 1/2" collar (which I leave unbuttoned.) They're unobtrusive on a video call -- people can see the wires, but way better than big headphones on my ears.

They reduced the quality!
I have bought these before and really liked them so when I wanted another pair I clicked “buy again”. However, what arrived was drastically different and inferior. The previous pair had robust, flat cables that didn’t tangle of break where they attach to the neckband. The new ones use a thin, weak cable that has already failed. They still show pictures of the original model, so this page lies! They switched to USB-C, which would be fine except the new battery and controls are HUGE and clunky. Also, they moved the controls around so now, when I swap between the old pair and new pair, I have to constantly remember which button does what so they are no-longer intuitive.I hate the redesign and the downgrade. Do not buy.
