Delicious syrup and we love that it is relatively locally made (one state away)! Great price too!

The darker color has more flavor, and this is great tasting. Love to make candied pecans with this syrup.IMO, it could be a little thicker.

This really brought out breakfast waffles to the next level. High quality and beyond yummy!

This tastes great. It has a darker flavor, which I'm getting used to, because I already loved my grocery store shelf maple syrups. The bottle has a nice, elevated appearance. I feel a little bougie with it in my house.Someone else had some report of mold, and if it's really mold, you can't eat the maple syrup. The sugar content of maple syrup isn't high enough to prevent this after opening. Always refrigerate it. But I found a ring of whitish/cream around the top level of mine in this bottle. I rolled the bottle around to see what it was. They seemed to dissolve back into the syrup, and then reappear. This is what the internet said (from Canada, where they should know, I guess):White bubbles are air bubbles that can appear if syrup has been shaken, often during transport. The bubbles are completely safe and there is no reason for concern. The bubbles will disappear over time but it can take a while depending on how vigorously the bottles were shaken. If they bother you, you can easily skim them off.

I haven't tried it yet, but going by the beautiful bottle it comes in and the look of the syrup, it should have a high quality taste to it. I'll update this once I've tried it.

I love everything about this syrup - the taste, the quality, the price! I’ve gone through two bottles and have never even had pancakes. I’ve used it in baking, over peanut butter toast, and in my morning maple lattes. The uses of maple syrup are endless. It’s a quality product and I’ll continue to purchase as long as it remains the same.

Can't beat the flavour, some people say the Amber isn't as good, however I think that's a prospective thing. My suggestion would be try it, no matter what you'll find a good use for this tasty maple syrup.Buying it on Amazon right now is cheaper then buying it at other places like WalMart, so if interested get it here.
