Espelette Chilli Powder
Never had this before. Love the lemony twist. Anything that needs a touch of zingy spice - eg: lightly sprinkled over salad, grilled cheese toast and of course cooked in casseroles - this is so nice.

Very fruity medium hot chilli powder
I discovered this chilli in a taste test, and it's been my go-to chilli ever since. It's about as hot as Cayenne, but much more fruity. I have been using it in Mexican as well as Asian dishes, and at least for me it's workig in all sorts of recipes.

Chillis with flavour!
Great flavour filled dried chillis that made a top notch Texas style feast. 4 different chillii types and all with a distinctly different taste; a world apart from supermarket blends and powders.

Lovely selection of chilli powder and other spices, great for chefs to experiment and decent price too. I suppose the packaging could be improved but then I expect price would increase.
