So mad
I read reviews before I bought this. I researched a lot of bball double shots for awhile before I purchased. Bought it, and I don't know who these people are that love it, but for one it is a pain to set up. The hoop chains broke after 2 days of use. The cord from the back to the front to keep score broke. The nets ripped out of their seams. The velcro straps do not stay together! UGH Total junk! so mad I bought this, would not recommend this to anyone!!!!

Just finished assembly... over an hour, my husband and I. Then went to blow up the balls, and there is no needle for the pump. We purchased this for our 7-year-old for Christmas and he was anxiously waiting for us to finish, only to discover there was no needle to the pump. And unfortunately, we don't have one lying around... I guess I'll run out to the store tomorrow and try to find one.Tip: read through all instructions before proceeding. Some steps have tips at the END of the step that are important to know before hand. Also, some steps were repeated in our guide... like Step 7 was to assemble the back board to the frame and then Step 11 said the same thing! We had about 20 washers left over.Seems to be pretty sturdy though, and the graphics on the backboard and the chain nets look pretty cool.

Electronic scorer problem!
I purchased the Triumph at Sports Authority on Thanksgiving Day for $99 bucks. Figured I couldn't lose at that price. I had purchased an ESPN with sportcraft brand, but the scorer went out and could not get replacement parts. So, I particularly looked for a brand where I could get replacement parts. Well, one of the rims was warped, and the scorer did not work from the start! It would come on, but would not change to different games. I called customer svc. After about a week I recv a new rim and controller. The controller did not work at all. It appears the scoring mechanisms are junk on all these games and parts imported from China!
