The Toxic Avenger Part III - The Last Temptation Of Toxie (Unrated)

Absolutely awful
Troma movies are ONLY good when they're insanely violent and perverted. If they leave that stuff out, then you're just watching a really lame, unfunny, loud comedy. This was Troma trying to go legit, and it doesn't work. To be legit you need genuine talent, and Lloyd Kaufman sure doesn't have that. What he does have is moxie, and he did fix this in Toxie part 4 where he got the series back on track.

Still feels like a live-action cartoon
Toxic Avenger is a fun Troma franchise and to me Troma means fun. They should be fun. This one is fun. The story is weaker but it works. I like how it resolves into the devil. That makes sense somehow. This film may not be as good, in my opinion, as the first and second, but it is still better than the IV: Citizen Toixe. At least this film is easy to follow. It has a nice mix of madcap, titties, gore, and galore. If you only know Toxie from Toxic Crusader this is still a fun film in the franchise feeling like a live-action cartoon.

Toxic Avenger Part III
The Toxic Avenger Part III is pretty much made up off leftover footage from the Toxic Avenger Part II. That being known, you can tell Toxic Avenger III has a paper thin script. The best part of the movie is the fight scene in the video store, where he rips out a guys intestines. The plot involves the Toxic Avenger working for the devil, the chairman of Apocalypse Inc, which really doesn't make any since. He battled Apocalypse Inc in Toxic Avenger Part II, so he would already know that Apocalypse Inc is bad. Toxic Avenger wants to get Claire an eye operation. Why is her name Claire in Toxic Avenger II & III, when her name was Sarah in the original? So, if you watched the first two Toxic Avenger movies Part III is going to seem kind of stupid and pointless. Even though is movie pretty much contradicts Toxic Avenger II, I still give it three stars because I enjoyed the first two so much, if you forget about what you know first the first two films part III is fairly entertaining. If you didn't like Toxic Avenger II stay away from this one!

The Last Temptation of Toxie
Toxie wrestles with his conscience when he becomes a shill for the evil Apocalypse Inc. to earn money for his wife’s eye operation.Inept and clumsy, filled with forced attempts at cheesy low-budget goofiness. I could say more, but I don’t want to put more effort into my review than they put into the movie.

Toxies final temptation???
After getting Apocalypse Inc. out of town, the Toxic Avenger has nothing to do. He tries to get a job but fails, as a normal job is no place for a hideously deformed creature of superhuman size and strength. Until one day, Toxie is told that his blind girlfriend Claire has a chance to see again, but it will cost a great deal of money. This is explosive action comedy that will have you either screwing your face up in disbelief, or screwing your face up in delight! This was actually the leftovers of The Toxic Avenger Part II, there was so much reel of tape left Uncle Lloydie and the Troma team cut this next gem. Toxie has it all with ultra violence, explosive sex and of course, his mighty mop! he'll never stop - he even fights Satan.Recommended
