Fits into a Syma X5C-1 (barely)
These batteries look fine, appear to be just as good quality as the OEM ones (probably manufactured in the same factory), and charged just fine. However, the one BIG problem is that, despite being advertised as "Battery for Syma X5 X5C X5C-1 X5SW Quadcopter" they do NOT fit my Syma X5C-1. I can't speak for the X5SW. What I do know is that I'm not willing to chop up my quadcopter and remove the plastic brace piece like some others have mentioned in order to make the battery fit. The 600mAh ones I have fit just fine and will work for me. These are too thick to fit properly. Now I have to figure out another use for them, because I'm not sure $9 is worth the trouble to return them.In order to be fair to the vendor, I will say that it's possible I received a slight variant from what other reviewers received, seeing as many people do claim that the battery fits their X5C. However, beware, what you receive may not fit your model. I had the opposite experience with the Teenitor batteries. Many who reviewed that product stated they did not quite fit the X5C, but the ones I received fit perfectly. I suppose it's most likely that quality control is lacking (by U.S. standards anyway) at the plant in China where these are manufactured.UPDATE: After receiving an e-mail from the vendor with a bit more detail regarding exactly how to fit these into my X5C-1, I was actually able to squeeze them in and they do in fact last longer than any of the other batteries I purchased, they are just difficult to get in and out to recharge on a regular basis so I still prefer the 600mAh options.

Great fit, BUT.....
I ordered these as extra batteries for my Syma X5SW, as the OEM only give one flight per hour or so with the included charger. They are listed as a higher capacity than the one that came with the quadcopter, (680 mAh vs 500 mAh) but they do not last as long. I do use the usb charger that came with the quad, so all of the batteries are charged in the same manner. The leds on the quad will start flashing indicating low battery after a minute and a half or so. Total flight time so far has been about 5 minutes and I do not let it just drop out of the sky when the batteries get too low. The fit is perfect, but runtime is a little less than the battery that came in the box with the quad. I have charged these many times and they stay consistant and show no swelling.

Good Battery
Edit:This battery has poor longevity. Both batteries I got swelled considerably, give me only 4 min of flight time and get very warm under use. The original Syma x5 battery is still performing fine.Pros:-fits the Syma X5-longer flight life as advertised-cheapCons:-connectors are a little tight. I had to resort to using needle nose pliers to remove at times to not pull on the wires. They wear in a bit after repeated use. I shaved down the nubs and they are perfect. I had the same issue with the battery included in the Syma X5 so its not really any different.- they have a little poof to them which is a little disconcerting. It could just be the packaging as they have performed well for 20+ cycles now and the poof did not change nor do they get too hot.

Good at first, but then not so much
So my Dad asked me to order these for his quad copter. Brand new he liked them, but after about 2 months they just didn't hold a charge very long. My Dad has quite a few R/C planes and with the right chargers, he knows how to take care of batteries. These 680mAh batteries were bigger than what the Quad came with, so he was excited for more power; it's just a shame they didn't last that long.He has since gone to an 800mAh that he has had for 2 months and so far so good. Maybe the 680's we got were just a bad batch. On the positive side of that, he got him to look for another battery pack that worked better.

A great idea if you want to stay in the air long enough to actually learn any control of your new quad.
Thicker than stock and therefore difficult to slide into the available space - have to take care to get just the right angle. These batteries are "hotter" than the stock battery so if you are a noob, they make the quad twitchier to fly.Don't know if they last any longer as I am too busy dodging quad eating trees to put a stopwatch on them.Definitely a great deal if you want to stay out flying long enough to actually develop any flight control muscle memory.

these batteries aren't bad. The only bad thing about them are that ...
Overall, these batteries aren't bad. The only bad thing about them are that they don't give any more flight time than the standard 50 mAh battery that came stock with my Syma X5C-1. All batteries get about 7 1/2 minutes before low voltage shutdown. They are als Good thing is that they were cheap.Yes, I conditioned all batteries the same and didn't put them under a hard load until after approx 10 flights.Good:1. Inexpensive2. Fits inside Syma X5C-1, but are slightly thicker.Bad:1. Not any more flight time than original 500 mAh stock battery.2. Slight ridge on battery connector needs filing down to fit smoothly into charger.

Good choice, good fit, good performance
Bought the 2 Mudder 680mah batteries. Hard to tell if they last 40% longer as I am still learning to fly the X5sc paying more to developing my skill set. I did mark the batteries with a number, 1, 2, 3 to help me keep track of each, which is charged, etc. I do find the Mudders to be an good fit and work reliably without plug issues as I had with the original supplied battery.

As Advertised Extends flying time.
Overall ___ Extends flying time. Out of a box you’ll get the 500mAh 3.7V Lipo Rechargeable but you always want more batteries so I say why not buy the 680mAh 3.7V Lipo.Value_____5/5Pros______Vendor is good to work with everything advertised is trueCons______This is a little heavier than a 500mAh battery therefore fly time and control are a bit more compromised.Advice_____Double check this is the right item for your device
