This is my husband's new favorite kitchen tool! The TOPULORS wire cheese slicer is sturdy, easy to use, and makes perfectly even slices. He loves how smoothly it cuts through block cheese like cheddar and mozzarella without crumbling or sticking. The adjustable thickness is a great feature, and it comes with an extra wire which is a nice bonus. It’s also easy to clean and takes up very little space in the drawer. This slicer is three times the weight of the one it replaces. Very easy wire adjustment. Nice clean slices. Effortless slicing and cleaning. I suggest hand washing to keep the nice shiny finish.

It works well! There is no play in the cutting wire. Moving it to your desired width works great!

When this cuts, the cheese has a remarkable flavor. However, it has issues.Cheese is good, fattening and can fill up your bowels causing health issues. Thin slices helps make a thick slice a half or third and taste wonderful, too. The roller bar has a screw at each end. You want to finger tight it. But, one screw will slide as you try it get the second screw to make the roller parallel to the cheese wire.Advice to manufacture, oversize screws. May not look pretty but it's better than reaching for a knife or mini flat head screw driver.Next, there is where the wire is to the roller guide. Standard is the wire flows with the Y-Shape and is on the end of the fork shape. This wire is not parallel to the end, nor perpendicular in ways.You have to push the roller to the cheese with the wire sort of around the corner, PRESS and pull to drag a slice. This has a "Left' or 'Right' feel. You need to think unlike the standard design where wire on top, push and drag. It might be to get that last piece of cheese that jams the standard cutter.In short, when it aligns right, it's fine.This is learning a technique issue.The last issue is the wire. It's not over a day old, and the wire looks stretched. This is fatal compared to the first two.There was NO replacement wire.Amazon, the white box was open. Tool was loose in the larger box sliding about in the plastic bag.The wire was taunt now loose.I shall see if it breaks or if the wire produces irregular slices.Oh, cleaning? It is hard to clean as the one it replaces. Only difference is mine is wider to handle bulk size cheese. My replaced one barely exceeded the brick size. It made me choose it over one with one screw, push sled bar tight to adjust roller to wire. That one was barely as wide as cheese. It would have snagged scrapping cheese onto the tool .Again, with made me choose one over the other.In all, the screw adjusters slip after finger tightening, the wire is awkward. The loose wire is the more serious design flaw. Without a replacement wire, I can only hope it will not effect the cheese shape or break.Let's see how this will continue or end.
