Don’t waste your money
I just used this for the first time yesterday. The wax melter itself was not the greatest, but it melted the wax fast. The light on the front to show it’s on, stopped working half through its first use. I am assuming that means the max melter broke, but you never know. Either way, not happy that the light stopped working...I waxed my upper lip (it’s essentially just peach fuzz but I wax for smoother makeup application). I do not typically have sensitive skin, but the wax made my upper lip break out so bad. They weren’t deep or painful but rather surface white heads. Like I said I don’t typically have sensitive skin or even break out between the bottom of my nose & upper lip. I am very disappointed after reading such raving reviews... Would not recommend this product for either the wax melter or the wax itself.

Must buy for sensitive and thin skin!!!!!
I hate that I’ve went my whole 31 years without this thing and these was beans! Every wax I’ve ever use has ripped my skin! I have permanent scars on my eyebrows from wax! This wax is so GENTLE on the skin and tough on hair! I used it for the bikini area and it leaves no bumps! No soars! I’ve struggled with having my eyebrows done for years and I finally found a wax that is so gently on my “thin” skin! Only problem I had was the bikini area, it left some stubborn hairs! BUT another pass over the same area isn’t a problem because it’s so gentle on the skin! I’ve already ordered more wax beans! The machine is perfect! It’s small, easy to use, and cute! Way worth the money and some!!!!!

Love the size
Size is great for me right now. First wax kit I ever bought and I’m pleased with it. It gets messy but that’s probably my fault not being an expert yet lol. Also the beads tht come w it are a big help and lasted my about 3 waxing sessions of underarms. I thought it was broken at one point but it was just that the light turns off ( I’m guessing it means it’s hot enough??) not sure but it works fine for me and small enough to store and maybeeeee travel w one day

Must buy
I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was like 12 and after buying and using this for the first time I don’t think I’ll ever have the need to go back to the salon to get my brows done again. Once suggestion is the application sticks should come in smaller sizes as well. I had to break one of the ones included in half so I could apply easily.

Overall a great wax pot!
I’m actually a licensed esthetician, so I’ve used both professional wax pots and the microwave versions (on myself). I found the pot itself to be quite large, straightforward and easy to use - a solid 5 stars, especially for the price. The provided wax is okay, but I’d suggest buying a better quality if you’re looking for a single application process. I’m not lowering my rating because I purchased for the pot and not the free wax samples.I tested on my legs, arms, and brows. As I suspected it went on smoothly, dried quickly, was easy to remove and got all the course hairs. The finer hairs were left behind but this is not uncommon of a hard wax.

"wax" beans is basically hot glue
Okay so first off the warmer itself seems decent, the temperature control is a little off (doesn't even turn on until medium) but that's not a big deal to me. Huge flaw is there is no description on how to clean it (I just spent a good 20 min trying to scrape the wax out and it still has some in there) but my biggest problem was the "wax" beans, which have the same consistency as hot glue and do not pull hairs from the root, the break them in half at skin level, which defeats the point in waxing. Buy some different wax and this may be a decent purchase

Improvement over microwave wax!!
This is easy to use and makes it easy to keep wax from creating a mess. I finally threw away all my old, extremely messy, microwave hard wax. The only criticism I have is that the warmer does not keep the wax warm enough even following the directions. It cools and hardens even when set on between medium and high. It warms up quickly though when placed on high so it isn't really a problem.

Good product but not painless at all!
This product is not pain free!! Let me tell you, this was the worst pain ever like I cried lol. But I'm smooth as a babys bottom lol so I'd reccomend it! Wax temp inhaled to play around until I found a temp that wasn't to hot.

Here’s my thoughts on this...
The media could not be loaded. I was grateful to have this product delivered to me sooner than what the expected delivery date was. I understand that the product is similar to the Pro-Warmer 100 but to put it in that box when it’s a Wolady product confused me.I noticed that as soon as I took the wax warmer out of the box, the knob didn’t look right. It was slightly bent outward. I thought I received a defective product or a product that was handled poorly. Nevertheless, it did not interfere with the wax warmer. It did take longer the first time to warm up the wax, the second time I used the wax warmer it didn’t take much time. Please note: the light on the wax warmer turns off after a certain amount of time. Do not be alarmed. The wax has reached the temperature that you’ve placed it as.Everything was inside. From the applicator sticks, wax dish, lid cover and the wax beads. I was disappointed of the wax beads amount. I was unable to wax my leg as I would require more. I did wax other places— under arms, chin, eyebrows, bikini line.Other than that, I would recommend the product. Be careful, do your research and enjoy saving money from not going to the salon!

Surprised.
I’m actually surprisingly happy with this. I read the reviews so I had already set in my mind that the wax wouldn’t be good. This is my first at home kit.I did my boyfriends chest using one package of beads (big mistake) the wax wasn’t enough so it was hard to build enough onto the sticks for a long thick strip.Learned quickly with that and tried to build up more.Next I did my under arms and just threw all the packs of wax in together. This made it nice and thick and very easy to get larger amounts of wax onto areas. It picked up all the time hairs easily. SmellsHorrible, but who cares. I’m happy with the results

Definitely works, but has a lot of issues too, okay for home use, but not for professional.
Was able to use it successfully (it did what it was supposed to) but the pot is hard to figure out, it doesn’t stay at a constant temperature, what it does is heats up and shuts off when it reaches the temperature, cools off then turns on again (doesn’t stay at a constant heat but it’s okay for home use) this drive me insane cause it was either too hot or too cold to work with, to try and aim for the right temperature was near impossible but I got the job done. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend for professional use, but home for the price is descent. The “scented waxes” that are provided work, but was a little disappointing as they definitely were not scented and just smelled of strong plastic. I will be getting other waxes and keep going (as these were just little samples) but it was still a let down. If I get to a certain point of continuously waxing I will be considering a different pot as this is only okay for small jobs or waxing for an occasion or something. For the price it was worth a shot in my books seeing as I was just curious if I could do it and will only be doing it for myself once in a while, but if you will be using it for every waxing job and possible clients I would spend more to get better.

does what it's supposed to do!
Great value wax pot. The time it takes to heat up is similar to other wax pot I've used. I haven't found a standard size of wax pots but it fits a soft wax tin inside the heater which is great! However, the wax it comes with is not good. I've used different types of hard wax. The hard wax that comes with this kit breaks when you are trying to take it off. My friend and I were unable to pull the hard wax in one uniform manner, it just kept crumbling. That was a bit annoying. So we had to make sure we made a thick layer just to have a good grip. This is why I rated it 4/5.Tip for cleaning: I use a cloth wet with baby oil to wipe off excess wax stuck on the pot.
