Effective and easy to take
The price of these is great. I had been reliant on IV nutrition (TPN) the past year, and sometimes on tube feeding, but have since been able to transition to oral intake. Since my GI system is getting back to working, when I began introducing more food in my oral intake I experienced really really severe constipation. Since that awful experience, I needed to find a routine to stay on top of that to prevent it from occurring again until my body is able to adjust more. I’ve been taking 1 in the morning and 2 at night for a while, and have been able to have a normal bowel movement almost every day. I’m finding these really helpful to keep me on track. They’re easy to swallow and work, and the price is pretty good for the amount you get.

I have always had great results with these stool softeners and (TMI) I really notice if I forget to use them….I like to know the expiration date of the product, and just want to show what I needed to peel back ….to find the exp date…I have shared a photo.
