Wohome Bookshelf Speakers 60W Powered Bluetooth Active Home Theater Speaker (Pair, Wooden Enclosure, Wood Color, 4 Inch Driver, Model BT-106)

The media could not be loaded.  These speakers have a nice aesthetic and sound great. For a small bookshelf speaker the bass is very well rounded but not at the expense of vocals, mid range, or highs. The input panel accommodates RCA and USB in. The two speakers link with a simple piece of speaker wire (included). Also included is a 3.5mm (stereo mini) to RCA cable as well as RCA to RCA The additional input option would be Bluetooth. I tried out some FLAC files streamed to the speakers and they sounded great The controls are easily accessible and simply laid out on the side of the speaker. Press the top/volume button in for about two seconds to turn it on or off and to access the RCA input the single led will light solid red. Press it very briefly and release it to enter Bluetooth mode. The one led will flash blue and after pairing with a Bluetooth device will be solid blue. The other two analog style knobs are for treble and bass adjustment. Lastly there is a headphone out jack at the bottom of the side control panel. Overall I’m very pleased with the sound quality and look of these speakers. My application is for desktop computer use but these would be great for a bedroom Bluetooth only setup.

Update: April 19th 2020Someone from the company has been blowing up our inbox and demanding we take the bad review off Amazon. Then they tried to bribe us with a $20 Amazon gift card if we removed it. Now they are saying that they will be fired from their job and they can’t pay for their kids food if I don’t remove the review! Please read review below before buying.Pure junk! Do not buy these. I purchased the 60W Wohome speakers to replace my Dayton audio speakers (Dayton’s still work great just wanted a set that I could connect Bluetooth through) the audio in line worked one time for me with an old iPod I had just to try it out and it never worked again. It didn’t matter if I used the iPod, turntable or CD player, zero sound. I replaced cables, downloaded the manual to make sure I wasn’t missing something. Nothing worked, it was supposed to be plug and play. I could connect Bluetooth however. So I decided to keep them. I set them aside and forgot about them for a few months. (Got them during Prime Days) I hooked them up on October 2nd 2019. Today is October 6th 2019, I have used them 3 times and this morning they went completely out. Can no longer connect via Bluetooth or any other input. It’s over. This battle has been lost with hardly any music played through the speakers.RIP Wohome speakers 60W. You never truly had a shot with such crap components.

I am a teacher and decided to splurge for my classroom. I thought PRIME deals would be an awesome time to take advantage of deals. These are the worst speakers to get to work. In fairness, I have not tried the blue tooth setting but getting it to play connected is EXTREMELY temperamental. Because I purchased these over the summer it was too late to return them when I discovered their true nature. I teach high school and have several technologically savvy students. It takes us about 20 minutes of fidgeting with the cords and power button to finally get it to click EVERYTIME I want to play something. I actually plan for 20 minutes of technical time to get it going. That's just ridiculous. We read the instruction and troubleshooting notes EVERY TIME!!! It's a source of stress. Definitely not worth it! I am sure there are way better options out there than these.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm using this pair of bookshelves speaker for my PC media speakers. Sound is very crisp and has warm and rich bass. The wooden enclosure adds a great touch and make it looks classic. Also can bluetooth connects direcrly from my phone or tablet to it and play directly without any wires. It's compact so it fits well with my PC set up too.

Let me preface: I am a fairly technically-savvy person. Setting up an audio system is not a daunting task for me. But I could not for the life of me get the speaker with the AC cord in this set to work properly.The first pair I received was definitely defective. The powered speaker wouldn't even turn on. After a somewhat sketchy customer service process (messaging on Facebook? Really? No response to email) I was sent a replacement pair. The powered speaker did turn on, but I couldn't get any sound to come out of it. I tried different speaker wires, Bluetooth mode, fiddling with the knobs etc.. Couldn't figure it out and the manual/website were no help. I sent a message through Facebook and the person responding actually suggested "turning the stereo up to max" in order to get a proper level through the speaker. WTF?! This made no sense.With both sets I was getting sound through the unpowered speaker, and it sounded pretty good. But if you only have one working speaker it doesn't really count for much.Perhaps I missed something really obvious in terms of the set-up. But the fact of the matter is the manual provided with this product, the company website and the online support were unable to help me resolve my issue... and that's a big problem for me. I was expecting a plug and play setup, and wound up getting anything but that.

speakers come in a nice natural wood finish and has mesh grills to cover the front. They come with the speaker wire and a few cable attachments to connect to your devices. It's also Bluetooth capable which is great to stream music from my phone. It's very easy to setup, I recommend to pull the volume dial down to about a quarter of max so you're not surprised by the loudness because it can certainly get loud. It's not blow out your ears rock concert loud but in a smaller room it can be uncomfortable.The sad part is that the great speaker is missing a remote if the factory can included a remote which will be perfect.I try to connect my ipad but it missing a stand, if somewhat the speaker can have a stand to holld any player that connect with which will be the best and perfect .Over all, speaker is great sound great, the quality over all i give 4.5 , if they can add a remote and stand which will pump this into 5. I like what I got and I hope you guys who is plan to shop for one of the speaker can enjoy it too
