A great moisturizer for everyday, all-day use.
Gaia Purity Moroccan Rose Water Skin Toner is actually the best toner I've ever tried (and trust me I've tried plenty). The scent is very light but floral, and it leaves your skin feeling very soft and moisturized. Here are the ways in which I personally love using this product:- standalone, spray it directly on my face.- mix it in with my favorite lotion and/or face cream (this stretches the product further and is a great moisturizing booster for your lotion).- spray it in my hairSuggestion: The push-squirt bottle that it comes in makes usage a little awkward/cumbersome. The toner doesn't "spray" out, but rather it dumps out in your hand. I recommend buying an empty spray bottle for 50 cents at Walmart or another store of your choice for easier usage of the toner. Most importantly, the product is very effective. I carry it around with me to spray on my face throughout the day just as a refresher to keep my skin moisturized. I also spray it in my hair just because it smells so nice (rose water is actually great for your hair as well). Great product overall. I would definitely recommend it to anyone I know.

I Feel Very Rosy
I love it. It works well on skin and the hair, The smell is not overpowering. Good for the face, it brightens it and makes it a little rosy to say. Very Interested in purchasing this product again. The only thing I suggest is the circle in the spray top, a suggestion to add color to the little circle on it, with it being black on black, it is harder to see,of course, the direction, one should be able to tell, but I have made the mistake of spraying in the wrong direction, sometimes humans can be unaware of which way. Overall, this is a great product to have. Yes, I am still very interested in another purchase.

Smells like a solvent or alcohol
I am near the end of a bottle of Heritage Store rosewater (connected with Edgar Casey) that I purchased 2 years ago and it still has a strong, pleasant rose smell. However, reviews for that brand said the formulation and quality has changed so I decided to try out the Gaia brand based on it's rave reviews. My first impression when opening the bottle was that it didn't smell like roses but a chemical, like nail polish remover or some other agent. The ingredients say Rosewater. What exactly is rosewater? While researching DIY rosewater, I found that the recipes which solely used roses and water lasted only for a week or two and need refrigeration. One can also make a tincture with Vodka, Denatured Alcohol, glycerine or oil. A third option is to distill the petals to make an oil (which makes it an essential oil, not rosewater). So the question is how do these manufacturers make their rosewater last for so long at room temp? Are there preservatives in this or is this a tincture made with Vodka or Denatured Alcohol? I'd enjoy for this mystery to be solved. Now that I've been using this a while I can smell roses yet it is quite a different rose smell than the other brand. I've not noted any remarkable improvement in lines or glow on my face or my son's acne. I can't say I did with the other brand either but I didn't use it in that capacity.

My skin feels super soft, and I have even gotten a few ...
I have been using this for about a week, and I am loving this product. It has really helped to control my oily skin without leaving my face feeling tight or dry. My skin feels super soft, and I have even gotten a few compliments on how great my skin looks. I use this product before and after my cleanser. My skin feels super clean and looks smooth.I will say, the pump on the bottle is not the best. Since this product is the same consistency as water, it would be nice if it came out in a spray or mist rather than a big puddle. This makes application a bit more difficult. Putting it on a cotton ball or pad is kind of a waist, as it absorbs before you can get it on your skin. So, I just squirt it in the palm of my hand, and rub it on my face.I still give it 5 stars because the product is AMAZING!

Review update...
I was looking for pure rose water as a toner and chose this option after perusing options and reading reviews. When I opened this product it smelled kind of like rose water but in a chemical way. And it was more like an oil than rose water. It may be a great product but I could not get past the smell and cannot comment on performance. It just was not what I was looking for. I sent it back.Update:After I submitted my review with 2 stars commenting on the smell of the product, I received a voicemail from the vendor apologizing for my experience and saying that there must have been something wrong with the product I received, and that they would send me a replacement free of charge. I have to say I was impressed with the initiative to correct the situation. A few days later I received a new bottle. When I opened the bottle to smell it, the smell was different than the first bottle...better for sure, and not oily like the first one. I have used it a couple of times already and it has a light scent and feels good on your skin. I will continue to use and update my review if I have any updates. I just wanted to commend the vendor on their great customer service.

LOVE
Love this toner, very light scent. Always leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. As my children come into puberty I have made this the first product they have begun to use in cleaning their faces to prevent breakouts. Because it doesn't smell or burn they are perfectly ok with using it. Last several purchases were made at around $10, today I came to purchase more and it's up to $20. I'll just have to watch the price and wait for it to drop again before purchasing. I'm not spending $20 on 4oz to give to preteens....
