CAVIAR Anti-Aging Clinical Densifying Shampoo, 8.5-Ounce (2-Pack)

I purchased this product from positive reviews I had read online. It seemed the perfect product for my thinning hair. After three uses, I am returning both the shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo was particularly harsh, somehow causing a weird tangling of my wet hair that the conditioner could not relax. And after my hair dried, I noticed an unusual amount of breakage which I cannot afford to happen. I would not recommend this product, esp the shampoo, to anyone. Also, the intense mint smell was just too much. Not a fan at all.

My hair started falling out much more than usual. This product does not personally work for me. Went back to Keranique & started using Organic Castor Oil & JoJoba Oil bought on Amazon as a pre shampoo conditioner & Keranique after shampoo Conditioner. My hair appears to be doing really well & back to normal growth.I hear good things about Caviar from the store, but not for me.

I used this product when my hair's was thinking after surgery/stress. It seemed to work in combination with the daily root spray. Nice smell, leave on 5min as directed before rinsing, takes a good bit of water to lather well. I don't care for the twist top tip open though when hands are slippery. It is difficult to close with a handful of shampoo or conditioner. But will still continue to buy because it works so well.

Left my hair dry. Returned. Great customer service. Give it a try and if you do not like it you can always return it.

I’ve used this for 3 weeks and completely satisfied with product! My hair feels fuller and you can see new growth coming in where I was thinning!I highly recommend it.

I haven’t seen any positive change in the condition of my hair. In fact, I seem to have more hairfall and my hair seems dried out from the shampoo.

I have extremely dry and thinning hair and have tried many, many shampoos without success. Alterna takes away the dryness without making my hair feel weighted down which adds to the volume. As a plus, it has a very mild scent.However, I really hate the plastic "bottle" it comes in. The shampoo is thick (good) but doesn't want to come out of the bottle (bad) without my squeezing it very hard, which is difficult for a seventy-five year old! Also, because the bottle is completely opaque I can't see when the shampoo is running low. I tried to remove the cap completely and put the shampoo into a see-through, more user-friendly dispenser, but absolutely could not get the cap off. So, please improve this really difficult container for an otherwise great product.
