This is the second 3-pack I've bought of these. What happened to the first three, you might wonder? Two are still working fine. The third I lent to a colleague and although he won't tell me how, he killed them. In any event, these work well for what I want: a simple, affordable headset with decent sound quality. They are more comfortable than other sets I've tried (I have a small hat size, so I can't speak for the comfort level if you wear a large hat). I use one at work, one at home, and my son uses his for hours every day on his PC at home. He loves them, and I have to say that if HE hasn't killed his set, then they have stood the test. When I use the microphone the sound is clear and I don't hear myself breathing in the playback.If what you're looking for is a high-fidelity set that will catch every tiny sound in that beautiful symphony, maybe this isn't your product. But for everyday work, I don't think you should look further.

Not recommended. After testing several models, we initially purchased 20 of these for a high school computer lab. Although they were used minimally, initially we were pleased with the performance and ordered several more sets a few months later. They'd only been used a few times, for testing purposes, when the microphones stopped working on a couple of sets. As of now, twelve of the sets do not have a functioning microphone. We're now shopping around for a better product from a supplier with a better return policy!

Okay, here is my tale of woe: for my serious headphone use, I go with a higher quality (and higher priced) set. I want the set to fit comfortably right out of the box and I have very little patience for anything less than excellence.Through the years, I've had to replace many $200 - $500 headsets mostly due to my own clumsiness. For example, I lost one set because the wire had gotten wrapped around my desk chair without my realizing it. I yanked the desk chair away from my desk to vacuum the rug underneath and bam, the headphones were rendered useless. Go me.After I destroyed yet another high-end unit last week, I decided that I can't be trusted. I would rather have a lower-priced product, even if it means lower quality, because I can't justify spending over thousand dollars a year on headsets. Hence, this purchase.The fit was a bit tight at first. I have a narrow head and these things hurt my ears. Fortunately, that only lasted a couple of days and they're pretty comfortable now.The sound quality is just... okay. I can tell a huge difference between my previous higher-end sets vs. these, but let's be fair here: that's exactly what I expected considering the price difference. It took a few days but I am now used to the inferior sound quality and I consider it to be a small sacrifice for the savings.The microphone seems to work well. I use it often and there hasn't been any issues; people seem to hear me just fine. I like that it can be moved out of my face when not in use -- that's a huge plus for me.All in all, I am happy with this purchase but if your standards in headsets are high, you likely won't be.

Bought these for my younger kids to use when they skype to play minecraft or other computer games together. They fit well and my kids didn't complain. Over time one of them stopped working, and the mic broke off another one (honestly I think it's because my younger kid kept playing with it). The third one is still going strong, used by my oldest. Since then I've been contacted by the company to see how the purchase was going. I told them about the one that stopped working and they said they would send in immediate replacement. I honestly didn't expect this level of customer service on a budget item, but that alone deserves 5 stars in my book.

Purchased this 3 pack and not only was the volume low and bad quality but within two weeks they just didnt work anymore. So now I own three headsets that no longer works. BAD BUY!!!

We have ordered a bunch of these. We home school six kids and they all need a pair. They work really well and are pretty cheap. The only issue is the ends of the cords can break pretty easy. If you are an adult using these tgey would probably last a long time, kids tend to just pull the out fast and the ends bend and break.

I buy this exact bundle every year or so. My electronic properties live a pretty harsh life... In otherwords, I don't care of my tech and everything breaks quickly.These are cheap and they work. They're also quite sturdy. Also, the 3 pack always leaves me with a spare.
