Defective spout but replaced quickly
The tap is great and has a good feel but unfortunately the spout does not sit horizontally due to a manufacturing fault. The dispensed water is directed towards the back of the sink not where you would expect it. A new tap has now been sent out and is now perfect. A great seller to deal with.

Great price, arrived on time and is exactly as described.
Can't say much more, as not yet installed. But really looking forward to seeing it in the kitchen!

It’s a con.
The description says it includes a filter system but it doesn’t. I feel duped.

NO FILTER KIT SUPPLIED
The tap itself is good! BUT... Its sold as a filter tap with cartridge assembly, beware you are only receiving the tap and not the filter kit it needs to operate correctly. VERY CHEEKY Advertising.
