Halls Defense Assorted Citrus Sugar Free 25 Drops - SET of 3

Sugar free has never tasted so good and works great on coughs and sore throats. Love the different fruity flavors and the sugar free part of it is amazing. There used to be more than 25 drops in a bag. Inflation has hit Halls too. Which makes the value a bit pricey! No substitute ever equals the great flavors of Halls Sugar free citrus Hall’s defense.

Wish there were MORE grapefruit flavors and fewer orange flavors

These are good but much too expensive.

Would have rated it 5 stars, but if you have sugar problems...this may be better than the sugar alternatives, but it will still raise your glycemic index a little. I can't eat the whole thing. When it gets a little over half way gone, I have to spit it out so that it doesn't affect my blood sugar. It is better than the sugar free candies. Anything made with at least some aspartame (I know, ew) is better than sugar alcohols and citric acids when it comes to blood sugar levels. So this has a little aspartame and a bunch of citric acid. Not as bad as the sugar free candies, but it still has an effect. The sugar free cough drops are better as they don't contain any citric acids and have no effect on my blood sugar. Wish they could hammer some vitamin C into those without it being no bueno for the glycemic count.

I use these all the time and they help with my dry mouth. They are getting harder and harder to find in the stores.
