Vinomaster Red Wine Aerator Pourer Decanter Spout and Bottle Stopper Bar Accessory

The item arrived and is very nice looking. I was able to get one use out of it before the plastic underside broke off though. That's the part that fits inside the bottle and is beneath the rubber portion of it. It broke after I was finished with the bottle and trying to take the aerator out of the bottle. I wasn't being forceful at all, but was apparently pulling at a slight angle when it broke. For a comparison of the force I used, I would say imagine pulling 2-ply toilet paper apart (yes, it broke that easily). While in use, the device was amazing and I loved it for all five glasses of wine I was able to pour.**I'm still able to use it without the part that broke off, but it's not quite the same anymore. I would not recommend this product because of how fragile it is.**UPDATE**After posting this review, I woke up to a polite email from the company offering to replace the item for free. Once I receive the replacement part, I will post a more thorough evaluation.

It aerates wine very well, and I like the wine stopper that comes with it. The only problem(s) I have: 1) The aerator is almost 4inches long which means I can't place the bottle of wine in my refrigerator unless I adjust the shelving, or put the aerator on and off everytime. I'm not sure if the aerator needs to be this long, but I'd probably buy a shorter one as long as it worked the same as this one. 2) The ball on the wine stopper screws on and off, it's not one solid piece (I unscrewed it after realizing it was loose and saw rust building in it). 3) The aerator is plastic and when applying force to it, it feels flimsy and like it will crack.

Good value for priceThere is a plastic clip on piece which is very flimsy. I has reviewed this poorly direct to the manufacturer when they asked me how I felt about their product. Found that this piece serves no useful function except for looks and I threw it away. Without the useless piece, the product performs well, aerates as well as the very expensive TRibella (which I also have) but the TRibella is sexy and this one just looks OK.Does not leakEasy to cleanWine stopper which comes with is not useful. The cork which came with the bottle fits much better. But I bought this for an aerator and it is very good value for that, so maybe the stopper can be used for a plumb bob.

The Vinomaster Red Wine Aerating Pourer Decanter I ordered was exactly as I expected. It looks elegant and is package in a very attractive box. The Aerator easily fits into any wine bottle and does not drip. The taste results with most of the wines I've had to date using the Vinomaster directly after pouring, is similar to letting the wine breath for 30 minutes or more. I am very pleased with the product and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys drinking red wine.

First let me say that I literally know nothing about wine other than I really enjoy drinking it. I never truly understood the reason behind letting the Wine "Breathe" but after reading how the "Vinomaster" works and what happens when Wine is allowed to "Breathe" I decided to give the "Vinomaster" a try. I was very surprised and pleased at the results. It truly brought out the flavor and aroma of the wine. One of my favorite things to do at the end of a long day is to put together a small platter of a variety of fruit, cheeses and a nice crusty bread and of course a nice bottle of wine. "Vinomaster" makes it a much more enjoyable experience for me. It comes very nicely packaged as shown in the pictures and is perfect for gift giving. It is constructed well and the design makes it an attractive addition to your wine collection. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys wine.

Looks to be a good product and comes in a very nice looking package so it would go great as a gift. Looking more closely however I found the spout that goes into the wine bottle has a crack in the one I received. Both sides of the crack seem to be glued down but my concern is that the whole bottom piece could easily break off like someone mentioned had happened to them in a previous comment. Right now I'm considering returning the product as defective because I'm not sure I want to take the gamble if it will or won't break off when used.

Aerating is excellent! Rinses clean. Beautifully boxed. Plan to order a couple for holiday gifts.Update 10/1/16: There is a small plastic piece on the outside that can be removed for better cleaning. It broke in two the first time I tried to twist it off and now won't stay attached. The wine still pours normally but I cannot tell if having a larger opening defeats its purpose.

I purchased two Vinomaster aerators, one for myself and another as a bridal shower gift. One of them was damaged in transit by the looks of the box I received. I contacted Vinomaster and they immediately responded they would send a replacement for the broken aerator. The second one arrived in great condition and I have since used it. I love the ease in which this product is inserted in the bottle and allows for pouring of wine immediately. This is a quality product which fits snugly into the wine bottle and comes in a padded storage box so the aerator is not broken. I'd recommend this product and business for the excellent customer service I received. Thank you, Tim, for being so responsive to my email.
