Item is great, just wasn't packaged safely enough.
Gave this to a co-worker who loves pandas. First one sent was packed poorly and broke. The replacement was packed the same but arrived unbroken. Co-worker loves this gift. The mug cover is especially cute.

Not Impressed
I opened this mug which was a gift for my daughter and the lid was broken. The mug itself was fine but the lid looked like this! Whoever packaged this should of put FRAGILE on the box!
