Q: Is this compatible with the canon AE1?

Though I don’t know specific model AE1, as long as camera is a 35mm film camera, Ektar 100 will work. Excellent film, slow speed, but rich in color and depth.

Q: Are these compatible with the kodak ek4 instant camera?

No. This is 35mm film. The EK4 is an instant camera similar to a Polaroid.

Q: Do you have to place the iso on 100 for the camera or can the iso be changed to 200 or 400?

Yes. Shooting a 100 ASA film at a higher rating is called 'Pushing'. Your average budget processing lab Will Not be able to process it for you though. You will need a pro level lab and you must tell them it has been exposed at the rating you shot at.
