Controlled Labs White Flood Reborn Preworkout Supplement, Fruit Punch, 215 Gram

Preworkout was great.. at first. About 2/3 though the tub, it got Very clumpy like it got moisture in the tub. Not terrible, I still used it.. but that last few servings became like a wet mush.. Quite nasty. I had to throw it out. I really liked the effect I got from this preworklout and the taste was great, but the container is not sealed well enough. I know I didn't get the product in the container wet, so it seems to be a container issue. I'll be moving on to another preworkout..Edit: Raised my review to four stars as I spoke with Controlled Labs and they are sending me a replacement for the issue I incurred. Very cool of them. I will report back if the other tub has the same issue. I really enjoyed the product.. maybe i just got a bad batch the first time..

I'm coming off of two cycles (8 weeks on, 2 weeks off) of Cellucor C4 and I wanted to try something different. I've heard good things about White Flood before so I went with White Flood Reborn. It worked really well with the serving of one scoop. I felt it kick in after about 20 minutes and and went on with my lifting soon after. The energy it gave me felt really steady and I didn't have a crash afterwards, although I did feel a little shaky about halfway through my workout, but that could be from having a two week break from stems. My only complaint about this product (the furious fruit punch flavor) is there is a strange aftertaste between each sip, it's not nasty, but it is very noticeable.Pros-Great energy with no crash-Great focus-Easy to mix-Good tasteCons-Weird aftertaste

White Flood is my go-to pre-workout. It gives me the energy I want/need and it doesn't make my stomach hurt like many of the major contenders on the market that try too hard to be "MORE X-TREEEEEEEME-er...!!!!!1!".I don't need to be doubled over in the locker room with a stimulant-induced, bowel-shattering energy explosion. I don't need to go "beast mode", sprout a full patch of fur, and grunt myself to the moon. I just want some extra pump and motivation without the post-pre-workout coma.Note that I have ADHD and this enables me to focus in the weight-room just fine, and I'm still able to take my medication not long before or after I'm done working out, depending on my work schedule.Contains no creatine, which I'm not interested in right now anyways. I take it separately if I want it, but you don't need it unless you're competing, really. It'll just slow down a normal athletic (or less than athletic) person. The "lightness" of this formula allows you to do some easy cardio without having a heart attack as well.The taste is not too bad, as far as this class of energy drink goes. I was getting the lemonade one for a while because it was cheaper and still tolerable. Fruit punch is my favorite though. If you do think it tastes weird, I'm sorry. The couch and the tasty soda are in the other direction from where you're trying to head. I believe Controlled Labs tries to be minimalist and healthy as can be with their ingredient choices, so keep that in mind as well.Experience level: Lifting/serious exercise focused on personal gain for most of two years / Expert Googler / Sensible human being who's never self-designed a tank-top out of a nasty old t-shirt and shown everyone my nipples at the gym; no intention of ever doing so.

I have been searching forever for a good preworkout that is creatine free. I have found that neon sport is the best one so far. This product does absoultely nothing for me, even with two scoops. If you are a casual gym goer or new to pre workout this may work fine for you. This does not work for me and I will not be purchasing again. To compare, the pre workout I used to use was c4 or hyde. This is not even a fraction as good as those two. Save your money.

This stuff works extremely well. For me, I got a nice initial boost of energy 20 minutes after drinking it, and it gives you that tingly feeling (which I like, it means its working) without getting the jitters or shaking. After the initial boost, it helps you get through those extra long lifting sessions, so you can finish strong on those last couple reps. I've bought and used 3 tubs of this stuff, and cycled off it for 1 week between tubs, and it worked like a charm every time. It mixes easily and even tastes good, almost like the muscle pharm fruit punch before they changed their formula. I would definitely recommend this stuff, especially since its such a good price per serving.

I like this preworkout product a lot. Especially since it's creatine free. The taste was weird at first but now I like it. Plan to buy it again.

After taking Hyde I had to switch to something else because it just tasted so bad. I then switched to rhino revolution which was good but it clumped up really bad and I couldn't tell if I was mixing it right. I saw this recently and people said good things about it and decided to try it. Man this stuff works great combined with con cret and noxivol. One thing I do like about it is that is doesn't make you feel tired after words like the others do. For the price and performance I will buy this again.

It's ok.. Seems a little on the tame side but hey that's what some people like.
