This extract is amazing! I have tried four other brands of He Shou Wu, and this is by far the best one I have come by. It is great to take before meditating, and I feel it helps my sleep more than any other herb I take. The taste seems to get better and better with time, signifying the how much the body wants it. This is one of my favorite herbs, and this is my new favorite vendor to get it from. The health benefits have been great. My body/mind feels more vibrant and connected after a month or so of use. I feel a deeper level of energy through out the day. I think this is a great herb to start with in the field of tonic herbs, but I think people should start with a lower concentration to really understand how great this specific product is. Out of the adaptogens I use, this one is probably the number one herb I would use for stress relief and sedation. Where ever you are at hormonally and emotionally this will bring you back to your center in a very subtle way. Which is why this is a great tool for meditation and grounding. Your kidneys and liver will be happy.

So I did some research on this stuff for prematuring gray hair. And it's highly recommended so I found it here on good o Amazon at a great price. I've been drinking it in my coffee - totally love it in coffee- for a few weeks. I have a bit more energy through out my day. I had surgery on my ankle and it has stayed swollen since the surgery and after drinking on this my swelling has gone down tremendously. As for as the bit of gray I have that I'm trying to get reversed is still in review. From what I've researched and was told it takes a couple of months of being consistent with it to see the difference so I will hopefully get back to you guys with an update.I have noticed however this.... My hair grows fast and after dying my hair I would start to see gray hair coming in about 2weeks after I dyed my hair. 😕. Not good for me I just turned 30. So after buying this Ho Shou Wu i did dye my hair about 3 days after being on it the tonic(My gray was very noticeable so I dyed it) Anyway I've been drinking the tonic for about 5 weeks now FAITHFULLY and I have not had to redye my hair yet. I do see couple of gray hair now but it's not so bad that I need to dye it again.

This stuff is very strong. I started using a tsp a day (not even the full recommend dose on the package) and after a week developed sever nausea and diarrhea. I mean very severe! I stopped taking it for 2 days and I felt better. Then I decided to try it again (just to make sure it was this and not something else). I started this time at a half a tsp daily. After a few days the nausea came back along with loose stools but not as bad as before. Also this stuff says it will calm you down. Ya it calmed me down so much all I wanted to do was sleep. I dream a lot now when I sleep. I also noticed that my nails all of a sudden started to look more shinny.I started taking this hoping to improve my hair but that is still yet to be know.After doing more research on this I realized that this herb needs to be taken with care and even cycled. Meaning don't take it everyday for several months.I'm currently taking it at even a smaller dose as I must be pretty sensitive. This herb also cleans the liver and kidneys so I'm assuming that I have a lot to detox judging by my sever reaction the first time.If anyone else has experienced this I would be very interested in hearing your thoughts.

Finished the 16oz. Did not feel any difference like the other review mention. I understand everyone is different, but after 2oz plus 16oz, white hire still come out, no extra energy like other people say.

I only just began to use the product so I am not able to give a fair rating at this time. In addition this is my first time using He Shou Wu so I have nothing to compare this particular product too. My intention is to use for at least 6 months before I will make any judgment. I am a little disappointed at the 4 oz size is unavailable. I hope this is only temporary since I was looking to stay with this brand for the full time. I'll look again before I run out if not I'll have to switch brands.

I am an Asian girl in late 20s and have some noticeable gray hair. I did some research about premature gray hair in my language and found out about this herb. Since it has so many good reviews, I give it a try. After one week of using it, I notice my hair feel smoother, I have way more energy than before. I do exercise for 30 minutes every day before I took this herb but still don’t feel that much energy like I do now. I have a skin condition called psoriasis, and my dermatologist told me there are no medication or treatment for this, she just gave me some thyroid cream, it helps somewhat. After using this herb, my skin is smoother and those red dots almost gone. Since I started this herb, I stopped using the cream, to see if it help my skin health, and yes it does. I never write such a long review for any kind of product before, but this product amazed me. I’m still not sure if it helps for the gray hair, but it definitely improves my hair and skin health. It could be different type of body absorb it different way. Overall, I think it is a great product to improve hair, skin health; way better than those tablets which claim great for hair, nail and skin health sell in the pharmacy. P.S : I have been used the vitamin for hair, nail, skin health for years, it doesn’t help my psoriasis skin condition at all
