This winder is very well made and makes it clear that winders must maintain a wound watch, not wind them from empty. It currently maintains 4 watches very quietly and manages the winding pattern on its own.

I recently got my second automatic watch along with the need for one of these. My first watch would gain about a minute or so every other day while wearing it. When in the watch box, it keeps perfect time. It's also super quiet. I keep it right next to the bed. I'm a very light sleeper and don't hear a thing. Overall I like it. It does what it should.

The lever that opens does not sit well and at times will fall and closing. This is especially annoying when you are trying to remove your watches to wear or to be placed back to the slots. Another issue is when taking your watch the panel lifted and it exposes all the motor and wiring. It is not sturdy.This is probably what you get for this price range I guess. More well known brands are hundreds more; so I’ll be okay with it, but kinda makes you think how much you spent on your watches to be housed in something that isn’t the best construction.The only reason why I kept this is the motors are fairly quiet and it’s been buttery smooth.

Received winder about a month ago, it’s quiet and flawlessly doing it’s job. My only concern are the comments that the motor’s doesn’t last that long. It would be good to know how to replace the motor if they do fail
