Shower curtain rod is holding a shower curtain if mounted properly. Light weight and functional. Would have given 5 star, but one of the washers came broken (PFA the picture). Is it possible to send the washer separately? Unable to use one of the rods

Low Quality
The rubber at the two ends broke off within 2 days. Everytime you try and extend the rod, the spring inside breaks out of one of the ends. Very poor quality product. Do not buy this.
