Q: Does it come with any towels or do you have to buy them separate?

comes with 6 small towels. I do not use them. Use the regular hand towels I had. Smaller ones are good for the hand, which I do not always to tx on. I like the steamer. It heats up fast and is a lot hotter than towel cabi which I use in my office. I use the steamer at home.

Q: how use this ? dry or wet towels?

you put water in the bottom, turn it on and the unit boils water thereby making towels placed in top moist and steamy.

Q: This machine works with 200volt? or work with a simple voltage converter

Unfortunately the towel warmer we bought didn't leven last for 3 months... It doesn't work at 200volts and it doesn't work in places where the water is too dense, high in calcium or minerals... The instructions didnt say anything abou the need to use only destilated water, so we used regular tap water. With the calcium build up, it got blocked up in such a way that we never managed to clean, even with specific products..... scraping got it even worst.... at the end it was a waste of money... not worth it , if you have hard water where you're at... sorry... :(
