Unless you first start with your genetic predisposition (blood type), your results will be far less than what is possible.Dr. D'Adamo's work is praised in nearly every medically advanced society on earth, unless you're in one that only makes money when you are ill.

If you follow the BTD and use the supplements as supplements to the BTD as I have for a really long time, then you will find all of the D'Adamo supplements for your blood type very beneficial. But if your just trying to take the supplements instead of committing yourself to doing the work and changing your diet, then your not going to reap the full benefit of the BTD and the D'Adamo supplements.

I have read up and studied blood type for the last seven years and when I saw that he had vitamins that would help me through menopause I said let me try it I just started having hot flashes about three weeks ago so when I took the pills and the fish oil and all the good vitamins that he had I have now had one hot flash a day and some days I have none I am so ecstatic and can’t wait to see the end results
