Tungsten Carbide to match my Garmin Fenix 7x 😁****I WOULD RECOMMEND BUYING 1 SIZE BELOW THE ADVERTISED SIZE**** I bought one a few days ago and had to return it, size matched the gauge and advert, but it was loose as a hookers under-garments 😳

literally had the ring for about 2 months now and iv never took it off once and its not scratched or cracked or even made my figure green, it looks brand new after 2 months of uses, i do recommend anyone that likes this ring to buy it, you wont be disappointed trust me!!!!!
