First impression was how nice looking and heavy each set is weighing in at 219 grams per set. Knife is surprisingly sharp and will be no problem cutting through meat. Very nice case with easy-slide zipper. Ordering another set for traveling (suitcase).

I bought this for my grandson’s lunch bag very nice quality I was pleased and it comes with the case.

I was looking for stainless steel utensils that I could keep at work (to avoid use of single-use plastic utensils). I specifically wanted a relatively small teaspoon to eat yogurt with. In searching on Amazon, I found many seven-piece sets that included a large serving spoon (bigger than I wanted), a fork, a knife, chopsticks, a reusable straw, a cleaning brush for the straw, and a case to store everything. I have no use for the chopsticks or the straw. This was the only set I found that was exactly what I wanted - just a knife, fork, and small spoon in a case (with the addition of a larger serving spoon that I might use occasionally for pot-lucks at work). Also, no one else at work has rose gold or black utensils, so even if I don't get them washed and back in the case immediately after I use them, I'll be able to identify them as mine. There was a small manufacturing defect on one of the teaspoons, and I was very pleased with Customer Support at Think Earth First, who issued a refund within hours of my reporting the problem, enabling me to order a replacement set at my convenience. They were also environmentally conscious in not requiring me to return the defective set.

Love the idea, but the darker set is losing its color when washed

Silverware is very well made. Case is sturdy but could fail with heavy use. If taking in a lunch box it adds some extra weight, but I think that compromise it worth it. With proper care will last a long time.

I purchased these for my environmentally conscious daughter. She loves them! In her words, “They are convenient and I love the bag that they come in. I can just throw them in my purse so I have them with me all the time!”

I purchased this product to eliminate buying plastic utensils. I work in two schools and many times cannot find a fork to eat with. I favor rose gold and ordered the rose gold and black set. One set for each school. The utensils are elegantly shaped and tinted. The rose gold utensil is darker than I expected (a little duller than brighter, but yet elegant looking). The black set has a black metallic sleek color and texture to it. They’re easy to wash. Have not seen any spotting yet. Bought these a few weeks ago. Glad I bought them.

These cutlery sets are wonderful...but heavy. It will definitely increase the weight of your bag or lunchbox!
