No problem at all using this ink for documents. I would have thrown out the printer if I couldn't find replacement cartridges at this price.

Whenever I have used third-party ink in the past, it always seems to ruin the printers; mostly, the ink jets get blocked within a few months of using it. But, the price difference has become such a large gap ($13.00 for this ink vs. over $100 for genuine Canon ink) I had to take the chance again.I just put this ink into my printer, so I can't tell you whether it will ruin it, but I will give you my initial impression. I was very impressed with the packaging. They thought of everything: a heavy-duty box to store the ink in (because you never use all the cartridges at the same time), easy-to-follow instructions on how to replace the ink, easy-to-find support links, and phone numbers, alcohol wipes to clean your hands before you load the ink. They even added a few fun stickers for my grandchildren :) Oh, and I "guess" I should mention that I could not see a difference in print quality between this ink and the genuine Canon ink.So, my initial impression is five-star quality. I will provide an update if anything changes.UPDATE: I have used all the ink from the first purchase and had no troubles. I purchased the same ink a second time, and I have just put two of the cartridges into my Canon TS9020. I had not noticed it before, but this time, the printer recognized the ink as Genuine Canon ink. I am so impressed with this ink that I will likely continue to purchase it forever. Keeping the five-star rating!

I use my printer for documents only (not for photos) and the quality of the ink is perfectly fine for any paperwork you need to print. Im happy with the purchase and will order again.

New large black cartridge would not print. The box of cartridges had contact information in it, so I sent an email. had a very quick with a fix that only took less than a minute and the problem was solved

Seems to work fine. The printer recognizes the cartridges. No issues.

Just wonderful cartridges. used it once - was really good. easy to install but that's it. On second purchase I found out that Cyan cartridge was not recognized by printer (even light wont turn on), and I have it replaced with Cyan from prev set of cartridges. Than I decided to do do a nozzle cleaning procedure, and its ended up by awful sounds of the machine and yelling at me with error code C000 (basically, "send me to trash" error) which is made me bought new printer. I don't think it is amazon conspiracy of selling you cheap cartridges what kills your printers to make you buy new ones, but I'm pretty sure that quality is really bad. Wouldn't recommend this product at all. Zero out of ten. Love y'all!
