Love how quick it changes
I am a machinist and do use flashlight constantly. This charger charges all my 18650 batteries very fast and I love it. Have been using it for a while now and never had issues.

Easy to see battery condition and use.
Tells you if you put battery in wrong . Has a nice LCD readout . After I bought and used one of these I liked it and with it's low price I bought another one.

Dangerous and slow charging
I really like the fact it auto-selects the charging profile on whatever battery you throw at it.Cons:No temperature sensor to monitor the batteries. This may cause fire. It is quite dangerous to charge batteries without over temperature shutdown function. Also as soon as you start charging a battery in it it shows 0.5 charging current, which is far from the reality. It is charging with only 0.2A Max, which is 0.4C at best with AAA and 0.1C with AA battery (tested with 2A capable power brick). It does not have different stages of charging with different currents, depending on how full the battery is.For Ni-Cd and Ni-MH batteries is a good charger, but for Li-Ion I wouldn't use it due to risk of fire. Overall, it's OK for only 10 pesos.

not a new product
clearly a returned product. opened box with loose cable. it even had the kohls return sticker on it! i kept it because it appears to be working.
