Design and build are quite good, excellent hinge design and use of three full-length rectangular tubes under each half. Solid deck and traction material is wonderful for small diameter wheels like on my airplane. Mine were damaged in transit, and could have been packed more protectively or I would definitely have given it 5 stars.Does carry the rated weight - but sags when fully loaded like all ramps. Maybe not quite as much as other ramps. I put a simple support under the middle of each ramp for heavy weight use, which strengthens and de-sags it remarkably. Nice side rails are just enough to reduce chance of running off ramp.Folds nicely, and carries well. Bulkier than other folding ramps, but nice light weight.

Sure it supports the weight, but ultimately like all aluminum products...it bends and gets dinks in it. I think a couple add-on design changes would make this a better solution to get into my Toyota Tacoma truck, but overall..too expensive for what it is.

I needed two loading ramps with enough capacity for full size motorcycles and ATV's. I also needed the surface to be smooth without the traction gaps found on most ramps because I also load using movers furniture dollies that have small wheels that would catch in the gaps of most ramps. The grip tread on the smooth surface of the ramp provides great traction for driving vehicles on without impeding the ability of dollies to traverse the same ramp surface. The upturned edge of the ramp makes a great guide for the dollies preventing them from going off the edge during loading and unloading. That feature makes them very safe for loading heavy or delicate items without risk of damage from going off the edge of the ramp. I have confidence in the ramps 1000 lb. weight rating because the welded support channels are an engineering and construction detail that adds strength and stiffness. When folded they are easy to carry thanks to their light weight and a handy yet rugged handle. I am very happy that I purchased these ramps and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and found the warranty was a lifetime guaranty against defects.

This is a nice ramp for dirt bikes, but not street bikes. My dad's Roadking dragged the frame while loading. For street bikes you will need a longer probably arched ramp.
